- Cabbage Rolls

- Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork
- 2 1/2 lbs gr beef
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 2 or 3 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lg can sauerkraut
- 1 lg can tomato juice (46 oz)
- 1 lg head of cabbage
- salt/pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- paprika

- Boil or steam cabbage until soft. Put meat into bowl, add rice,
- salt, pepper, and paprika. Chop onions into 2 or 3 Tbsp oil and
- fry until soft. Mix into meat. Roll into cabbage leaves.
- Alternate layers of sauerkraut, juice and grated cheese on the
- bottom of the pan. Place cabbage rolls on top. Starting again with
- alternate layers. Add paprika on top. Bake 1 hour at 350.
